Everyone of us has lacked self confidence at some point in our lives. Building resiliency and self confidence in a society that is in constant chaos can prove to be a difficult task. I personally have found ways to emote positivity thus increasing my own self confidence. This is something I wish someone would have shared with me at a young age. Equipping ourselves with the necessary tools in our confidence toolbox will help us grow and cultivate happiness. We are in charge of our happiness!
